Apparently this baby is in no hurry to arrive, as his due date has officially come and gone. Pretty sure my stomach cannot stretch any further, and am just praying this is not a 10 lb. baby (the crocodile hunter weighed in at 9 lbs. and he arrived 2 weeks early). We are planning to go in for an induction tomorrow, but I am still hoping to go into labor on my own tonight. In the past I have managed to avoid having an induction, both times I was scheduled for one my water broke the night before, so we will see if that pattern holds true. Either way, should have a baby this weekend!
Thank you for your prayers!
I hope you can avoid an induction! None of mine were much fun, to say the very least. :) Your package should arrive on Saturday so maybe someone can bring it to you when it comes.
ReplyDeleteKeeping you in our prayers, especially that you can avoid pitocin, but mainly for a healthy beautiful boy no matter how he enters the world. Email me a picture!!
ReplyDeletePraying for you for a safe delivery! I've had Pitocin with all 6 of my kids. I don't know anything different, but it IS doable! I only had epidural with 2! You can do it!
ReplyDeletePraying for a safe delivery! Perfect for "Labor Day" weekend. ;-)
ReplyDeletePraying for a easy delivery for you! I had inductions with my first two and they were both very quick labors and deliveries. My third and fourth were not induced and were both over 13 hours each. :) All the best to you and your little one!
ReplyDeleteYou look fantastic, by the way!
Catching up online after a long break and was so happy to see this post. You look radiant. Congratulations. Prayers for a beautiful birth and peaceful days to follow. xoxo
ReplyDeletePraying for your safely delivery. I hope you will not need an induction.
